We are a small aerospace & construction management services corporation located in the Pacific Northwest. We provide system engineering analysis, financial analysis, proposal development support, independent evaluator support, and commercial business remodel management services to our customers. Our Homeland Security program support focus is on Critical Infrastructure Protection planning and Incident Command System evaluations.
ESS Inc Capabilities Statement:
ESS Inc employees use proprietary, purchased, and public domain modeling techniques and tools to perform engineering analysis support tasks for our federal government and state agency customers. We can use either Microsoft (MS) Windows or Apple OS-X personal computer systems for technology assessment, unclassified operational systems evaluation, and business case modeling support. We also have experience using customer-provided, secure mainframe computer systems for modeing and simulation of classified joint military operations and squad level force operations. We perform integrated systems capabilities assessments (JCIDS CJCSI and NASA documented processes) and have also supplied regional emergency managment organizations with training services support. ESS Inc provides independent project audit and/or operational systems analytical services as a woman-owned small business contractor when requested by a customer program office. Our employees are US Citizens. Our primary Subject Matter Expert has been granted security clearances on classified DoD and DoE special project programs. In order to be a qualified S-corporation, ESS Inc works exclusively for and with United States Federal Government agencies, state and local government agencies, regional non-profit organizations, and American-owned companies.
